Fiock is made from waste fabrics and is a combination of textiles and is teased up until they become fluffy.  
Lofted wadding is made from the same fibres however it is compressed to 25mm and comes in a roll. It is used as the final padding in tradtional upholstery. We have some excellent books in our online store that have really good glossaries explaining upholstery terms.
