Fiock is made from waste fabrics and is a combination of textiles and is teased up until they become fluffy. Lofted wadding is made from the same fibres however it is compressed to 25mm and comes in a roll. It is used as the final padding in tradtional upholstery. We have some excellent books in our online store that have really good glossaries explaining upholstery terms. PS My apologies for the delay in replying to your question as we have just moved premises. |
